Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.
Pack Your Footwear
Place your unworn Naot shoes back in their original shoebox and ensure all protective packaging is included before sealing the outer carton.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
